Gold-tungsten alloys. Higher performance. Less material.

Patented at CNRS. Proven at industrial scale in luxury since 2016. The same alloy family, tuned to specifications luxury never asks for - and open to industrial partners who do.

Cost optimization

PVD deposition places gold where it works and nowhere else - thin, dense, adherent layers instead of bulk material. Less gold for the same function, or the same gold for a function pure gold cannot perform.

Enhanced material properties

Gold-tungsten alloys deliver what pure gold cannot: hardness, wear resistance and thermal stability far beyond the pure metal. Outside jewelry, gold content is not fixed by hallmarking law - so the composition can be tuned to the specification rather than to a karat.

Open directions

Where it could go next.

Aerospace shielding at optimised weight. Biocompatible alloys for implants. Frugal, highly conductive components. Catalytic applications where gold-tungsten stability outperforms pure gold. These are directions under study, not references - each industrial application begins with a feasibility study.

ALLOYS THAT PERFORM WHERE GOLD STOPS.

From feasibility study to pilot production. Our Paris laboratory works with R&D teams where gold is the critical variable.
